What Ruppell actually solves for you

Empty slots aren't actually free

Every open slot on your calendar is lost revenue you can't get back. Listing costs nothing, and it stays that way until a booking actually happens — we only take 15% on bookings we send you.

A real booking page for your own site — not just a discount

Once you're approved, you get a professional "Book Now" widget you paste right onto your own website, plus a booking link and QR code — real tools you'd otherwise have to buy or build, yours free the moment you're live. Someone who finds you on Instagram or your own site shouldn't cost you the same 15% as a stranger we found for you, so bookings through any of them drop to just 5%, because you did the work.

Stop chasing split payments and paper waivers

A group pays its own share through checkout, waivers are signed digitally before anyone shows up, and you're paid out automatically after the activity — no separate merchant account, no spreadsheet.

Know who's coming, never turn a walk-up away

Pull up today's roster and check guests in with a tap instead of guessing. If someone shows up without booking, take their card on the spot — same protections, same system.

Your calendar and renewals, handled automatically

Paste your Google or Apple Calendar link into your dashboard once, and Ruppell automatically blocks out dates you're already booked elsewhere — no manual updates, no double-bookings. Add any document's renewal date — insurance, a license, a certification, anything — and get an email reminder before it expires, even for documents Ruppell doesn't require.

A Verified badge and your own website, right on your listing

Once you're approved, a "Verified" badge appears automatically on every listing, and customers can click straight through to your own website — real trust signals that help turn browsers into bookings, not just a profile page.

How Ruppell compares

Other options for getting bookings, side by side. Figures for other platforms are publicly reported rates as of October 2026 and vary by operator, region, and volume — confirm current terms directly with each platform.

Monthly fee None None None (fee is charged per booking instead)

The dedicated booking-software platforms above are commission-style too — they just charge it as a checkout "convenience fee" instead of calling it commission, and it applies to every booking, including the customers you already had. How It Works

1

Apply

Tell us about your business — name, location, activity type, and a certificate of insurance. Most operators finish in under 20 minutes.

2

Get verified

We confirm your business registration, certifications, and insurance. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

3

Go live and get booked

Once approved, your listing goes live. We handle every booking, payment, and confirmation — you just show up and run the activity.

The Terms

Estimate Your Earnings

A rough number, not a promise — plug in your own price and volume to see what a booking channel like this could add.

$1,156 estimated monthly take-home (after 15% commission)

Estimate only: price × bookings/week × 4 weeks × 85%. Actual results depend on your market, category, and season.

Know another operator? Earn rewards.

Every operator on Ruppell gets a personal referral link. When an operator you refer fully signs up and is accepted by Ruppell, it counts toward your rewards:

Rewards are cumulative, and the reduced-rate period is counted in total from the date your third referral is accepted. Self-referrals don't count. Read the full terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much commission does Ruppell take?

15% on bookings Ruppell sends you, and just 5% on bookings your own customers make through your free Ruppell booking link, QR code, or website widget. No monthly fee or setup cost either way.

Can I put this on my own website?

Yes. Once you're approved, every listing gets a free widget you paste into your own site — it opens Ruppell checkout right there, no redirect. Bookings through it are billed the same 5% direct rate as your booking link and QR code, not the 15% marketplace rate.

How does the referral program work?

Refer another operator with your personal link. Once they fully sign up and are accepted, it counts: 1 referral earns a Founding Partner badge, 2 earn Featured placement for 30 days, 3 earn 12% commission for 3 months, 4 earn it for 6 months, and 5 or more earn it for 12 months. See the Operator Agreement for the full terms.

Can you guarantee me bookings?

No platform can honestly guarantee a number, and we won't pretend otherwise. We list a curated set of operators per market rather than thousands, and put real marketing effort — including content filmed at your location — behind each one.

How long does the application take?

Most operators finish in under 20 minutes on a phone. You'll need your business details, an activity description, and a certificate of insurance. Activities with elevated physical risk (water, air, heights, or motorized equipment) must also name Ruppell as an additional insured. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days once everything is submitted.

Do I need special booking software?

No. Ruppell handles the booking, payment, and customer communication end to end. You get a notification when a booking comes in — nothing to install, configure, or manage on your side.

What happens on the day of a booking?

Your dashboard has a free daily roster for every activity — see who's booked, and check guests in with a tap instead of a paper list. If someone shows up without booking ahead, you can take their card on the spot at the same 5% rate as a direct booking.

What insurance do I need?

A certificate of insurance showing current general liability coverage is required before you go live, for every operator. Activities with elevated physical risk (water, air, heights, or motorized equipment) must also name Ruppell / Premier Ruppell Holdings LLC as an additional insured. If you don't have a policy yet, we can point you toward brokers who work with adventure and activity operators.
